My Philosophy
Dr. Pablo Casas’ Philosophy
If the nose is larger or has a less attractive shape, it will draw the observer’s attention. It will make people focus more on the nose, and it will make other facial features—such as the eyes and lips—stand out less.
My goal, my philosophy, and my style in rhinoplasty surgery is to achieve a more proportionate nose: a nose that looks completely natural, that maintains the right proportions and harmony with the rest of the facial features. This way, the observer no longer focuses on the nose, and the person’s most beautiful features—such as the eyes, lips, and smile—can stand out and shine more.
“I spend a significant amount of time with each of my patients, making sure they fully understand every point and every stage of rhinoplasty surgery. The more they know, the more in control they feel, and the less uncertainty they have about the procedure they are going to undergo. Nothing is more important to me than earning my patients’ trust. This mutual trust is what allows them to undergo surgery without fear and with peace of mind.”
Honesty in Evaluation
“I always look for the best solution for each case. If you are not a good candidate for rhinoplasty surgery, I will recommend that you do not have surgery. But if I decide to do it, it is because I have complete confidence that I can offer you an excellent result. HONESTY and GOOD JUDGMENT are key in my practice.”
Dr. Pablo Casas
By achieving a more harmonious nose, I will make the patient look more attractive and more flattering—always in a NATURAL way—so that no one can tell the nose has been operated on.
That is what I like about rhinoplasty surgery: that the patient’s facial features do not change, that they still recognize themselves, and that the people around them do not know they have had surgery.
Every nose has its own individual anatomical characteristics. What I aim to do with my technique and my style is to enhance each patient’s nose as much as possible—bringing that nose to its best possible version—so that the patient becomes the best version of themselves, while preserving each person’s individual characteristics.
To achieve the best result in rhinoplasty surgery, it takes not only great technical skill, but also great artistic vision: being able to visualize the most beautiful nose for each patient, and once visualized, being able to execute it. Rhinoplasty is one of the most difficult aesthetic surgeries, and it requires exclusive dedication if we want to offer our patients the best possible results.
I have been exclusively dedicated to rhinoplasty surgery for many years now, and I believe I have developed greater technical skill, stronger artistic vision, and a better concept of beauty. Artistic vision and a concept of beauty are what differentiate a good surgeon from an excellent surgeon—one who, in my personal view, is capable of achieving the most beautiful, harmonious, and natural nose for each individual patient.
