Nasal trauma – Crooked nose and bad breath

This patient suffered a nasal trauma long ago, which caused a large deviation of the septum, as seen in the photos obtained from the lower part of the nose.

We observed that the septum is completely deviated towards the right nostril, completely obstructing that side.

In the nose surgery performed, the deviation of the septum was corrected and also Dr. Casas corrected aesthetic deformities that the patient also wanted, such as a small hump and he placed the nasal tip in a more aesthetic position.

This is a case, in which the integral approach of the nose, by performing a septorhinoplasty, achieved the desired result from both the functional and the aesthetic point of view.
