This patient had an excessively long nose, with a prominent hump and dropped tip.
The dorsal hump and the position of the tip were corrected, and the shape and size of the nose was harmonized to its face, with an excellent result.
In the postoperative images obtained after 10 days, we hardly observed inflammation or bruising, which could reveal a recent surgery.
